Jadranovo is located in western Croatia, more precisely in the Kvarner Bay, while administratively it belongs to the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, and is part of the town of Crikvenica, which still consists of Dramalj and Selce.

Jadranovo is located on the Croatian part of the Adriatic Sea, known as the Croatian Littoral, in Kvarner, only 25 kilometers from the city of Rijeka, the center of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, and borders the City of Kraljevica, Vinodol Municipality and Novi Vinodolski.

Jadranovo is considered an ideal traffic hub of Central Europe, and in addition to road, Jadranovo can be easily reached by sea or air. Namely, Rijeka Airport is 12 km away from Jadranova, while Pula Airport is 129 km away an Trieste Airport 98 km away.

Sailors and other fans of the sea and boats find their berth in the local port of Jadranovo, but also in the nearby city port of Crikvenica.
